We employ the use of DNS filtering to ensure that you and your employees don’t accidentally visit potentially dangerous websites. The specifics of what additional sites you would like blocked or made exception to can be adjusted upon request.

ISP Performance Monitoring

If one of your devices encounters an issue such as a virus or malware, our system alerts us to the event and we will contact you to ensure the matter is resolved in the method is best suited.
Anti-Virus Solution
We know that anti-virus is an essential part of the cyber defense strategy, but making sure your anti-virus is updated and working can be a challenge. We resolve this by having automatic alerts when an anti-virus is not running or finds any issues. Additionally, we install our anti-virus on every workstation and server we manage, so you do not have to worry if you are secure.
Network Access Tracking
This device also keeps track of what devices have connected to the network for the first time. For potential hackers or nosy neighbors you would rather did not have access, we received alerts with information on the devices that we contact you with to verify the device. If you do not recognize it, then we block list it.
Intellegent Alerts & Escalation
In our alerts and ticketing system, we received detailed information on events such as failed logins and devices that are offline for extended periods of time, which are evalated to importance relevant to the issue.
Application Patching
Patching goes beyond just what should be installed to your Windows OS. That is why we also support patching for essential applications, whether it is Microsoft 365 applications or our own cyber security and remote support tools.
Firewall Configuration Changes
If you want to add an adiitional network such as a guest network, or if you want to change what sites are allowed or blocked, that is included in the maintenance of your firewall. All you need to do is let us know what you would like adjusted and we will take care of the rest.
